We had a yard sale this past weekend. No one really wants to go through all their old stuff to price and sell... getting all the stuff ready to sell is half the pain. However, we really lucked out because when we came home from Texas our neighbor was preparing for a "moving sale" of his mom's house. It was the perfect timing! God timing :) So we spent last week preparing for our yard sale on Saturday. Although we can't say we came out that much ahead we did clear out half the garage and sold all our big furniture items!

and we moved it to Sam's room and sold his old twin bed.
