The Cake Lady

I am dedicating this post to our Wedding Cake Lady. She made a phenomenal red velvet cake, with cream cheese frosting, and sugar crystals, and big flakes of coconut that looked like snow.

Our cake topper was handpicked from an antique shop in downtown McKinney, Texas. A beautiful glass ornament adorned our five tier cake, with a perfect snow covered church protected inside.

We received so many compliments on our wedding cake, and unfortunately the only taste we enjoyed was when we cut the cake. 

 So we decided to enjoy our cake topper 

before 11 months of freezer burn ruined our cake. 

The cake is STILL moist and delicious. 

Wow! So glad we took the time to enjoy 

what our guests had.
