Why aren’t people genuinely happy for each other anymore? Why is there so much jealousy and competition? Unfortunately, that ugly green monster shows his face too often these days. I would like to go back to the old days when writing letters was the only way to communicate long distances, when friends were as loyal as hunting dogs, and when a relationship with God was the most important thing. Love God. Love People. My church encourages us. Maybe if I continue to pass this message of love along, I may receive it back. Every generation is self-centered… I think what I imagined was a scene from the movies. It is disappointing discovering that real kindness, generosity, and joy just isn’t the norm. Well, it’s my norm.
